MAPFRE ASSISTANCE’s dedicated team and tow network is designed to continuously follow up with the policyholder and holding facility to assist in reducing the overall cycle time of the claim. Towing assignments are typically received via email or web service (direct system integration) while providing complete visibility of the entire tow process to our insurance clients.  Complete release and payout administration is handled by MAPFRE ASSISTANCE creating an efficient towing process and a streamlined solution for insurance adjustors / claim representatives related to non-drivable repairable vehicles.
