MAPFRE ASSISTANCE may be accessed through private label, toll-free assistance numbers, 24-hours a day, 365 days a year, including holidays.  Designated toll-free numbers are assigned by client for exclusive use by their customers only with customized private-label greetings.

Proximate Service Providers are located utilizing MAPFRE ASSISTANCE’s proprietary fourth-generation dispatch software – RADIISNT®.  The system generates a biased (pro-rated) list formatted with the highest-rated vendor in the closest proximity listed first.

MAPFRE ASSISTANCE’s Drive On™ Wireless Application is a platform-independent wireless application that is available for all major smart phone platforms such as iPhone, Android, and BlackBerry. This application is available to our clients to offer their customers as a complimentary way to obtain roadside assistance directly from their smart phones without the need to place a phone call.  The application provides coverage confirmation and real-time updates on the service provider name and ETA.
